Napco National is hiring a Sales Assistant in Dubai for full-time, onsite support to the Sales Manager and team. The role focuses on preparing daily sales and collection reports, assisting with quotations and documents, relaying instructions, handling calls and emails, and maintaining organized sales records. You will coordinate with Customer Service, Accounts, and Logistics to process orders, follow up on approvals and special requests, distribute price lists, and assist with forecasts and sales reporting, plus helping resolve customer complaints with QC as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and 0 to 2 years in a similar field, plus strong organization and communication skills and a proactive mindset. 2. Job Responsibilities & Tasks (Duties include but are not limited to)
• Prepare daily sales and collection reports for the Sales Manager.
• Support in preparing quotations, reports, letters, and sales documents.
• Communicate Sales Manager instructions to the sales team.
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Maintain and file all sales-related documents and records.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Accounts, and Logistics for order processing and delivery.
• Follow up on approvals, special orders, and customer requests.
• Distribute price lists and update sales information to the team.
• Assist in preparing forecasts, business plans, and sales reports.
• Support in resolving customer complaints and coordinating with QC when needed.
