The company is expanding its Dubai team and is looking for a Female Sales Assistant who can drive client growth and help entrepreneurs navigate the UAE setup process, onsite in Dubai, AE.

The role blends business development with hands-on client advisory, so the right candidate enjoys meeting people, shaping solutions, and guiding clients from first contact through to successful setup. It suits someone who is comfortable in a client-facing position, loves building relationships, and can balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.

Delivering end-to-end business setup support

You’ll guide potential clients through the UAE business formation journey, turning qualified leads into real engagements and helping them understand the best paths for their ventures. In meetings, you’ll listen to their plans, assess what they need, and walk them through the full setup process, keeping the conversation focused on outcomes and timelines. You’ll explain Bestax’s offerings and how local laws affect different setup options, then present clear recommendations about which zones and structures suit their goals.

Research plays a big part as you evaluate the client’s business model and how its needs might change across UAE zones. You’ll keep everyone aligned by coordinating with internal teams to ensure the client stays informed and the project moves forward smoothly. Part of the role is working with licensing authorities to smooth the setup process, and coordinating with bankers to open accounts and arrange related services. You’ll also prepare and present sales reports to management, ensuring that documentation is accurate and submitted promptly. Networking events and partner relationships are part of the mix, and you’ll share insights with the marketing team to help shape future outreach. Finally, there’s an emphasis on upselling and cross-selling to deliver added value to clients and promote the firm’s services.
