Lead your resume with evidence of customer service and merchandising experience, especially roles where you supported store leadership and helped reach sales goals.
Show concrete examples that prove the must-have skills: describe how you kept a floor clean and organized, how you fronted and presented merchandise, and any time you helped execute plan-o-grams or cross-merchandising strategies.
Be ready to discuss how you balance following established processes with offering creative input, and share a specific instance where your flexibility helped your team handle shifting priorities.
