Spirit Halloween in St. Catharines is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to support the Store Management Team with setup, merchandising and teardown of a seasonal store. The role focuses on guest services, driving sales, merchandising, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention, with duties such as climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting up to 50 pounds and eight hours of standing. Pay ranges from 17.60 to 17.85 per hour, plus Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Program, all subject to qualifications. Minimum age 16. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
