Spirit Halloween is hiring a sales associate in Toronto to support the Store Management Team with seasonal store setup, merchandising, and pack‑up and teardown, while upholding Guest Services to company standards. The role involves driving sales, sign waving, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The hourly rate is $17.60–$17.85 with eligibility for Set-Up and Tear-Down Premium Pay and End of Season Premium Pay programs. The position is onsite full-time and requires climbing ladders, lifting up to 50 pounds, and eight hours of standing or walking; minimum age is 16. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention. The minimum age requirement for this position is 16. The physical demands of the job require climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds and may require 8 hours of standing/walking.
