In this luxury environment you’ll greet clients, listen to their vision, and use emotive storytelling to help them picture sofas and furnishings as the centerpiece of their home, then close deals with confidence while keeping accurate orders and maintaining showroom standards with the Showroom Manager. What matters most is emotionally tuned selling, a track record of closing high-end sales, consultative problem solving, and the ability to build rapid rapport. Include examples of closing high-end sales, evidence of adaptability, and a readiness to pursue uncapped commissions and ongoing training.

Using your deep knowledge of Nick Scali's luxury sofas and furnishings, you help them picture how a new lounge or statement chair could become the centerpiece of their home. You guide them through textures, colours, and configurations, matching products with their style and needs.
