You will assess needs with families to craft person-centred plans for NDIS participants, develop and deliver evidence-based support, set meaningful goals within a positive behaviour support framework, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team while mentoring newer staff. Qualifications include an allied health degree, report writing, strong time management, and a proactive, improvement-focused mindset, plus a genuine passion for the disability sector.
