As our business continues to grow and demand for the homes on GemLife resorts increase, we are needing a Sales Consultant for our new Heritage Park and Chambers Flat sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to make your mark early, guiding potential homeowners through an important life decision with clarity, confidence and care. As a people-driven consultant, you will always have the client at the heart of what you do, ensuring clear communication so they feel informed, supported and confident that moving into a GemLife resort is the right step for them.

A typical day may include:

  • Guiding future homeowners through their journey with care and confidence
  • Building brilliant relationships with the construction crew
  • Managing contracts, tracking variations, and keeping the backend tidy
  • Updating the CRM and ensuring data entry is accurate
  • Being a calming and reassuring presence from the first meeting to contract signing
  • Hosting tours of our beautifully crafted homes and luxurious clubhouse facilities 

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Experience in a sales role is preferred, but a passion for people is most important!
  • Ability to build strong relationships with your clients and the construction team on site to ensure clear communication around handover/move in dates.
  • An organised person who is able to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • A cool, calm and collected demeanour but you also know how to have a laugh.
