Too Good To Go is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive NZ expansion by onboarding cafes, patisseries and bakeries, combining field outreach with onboarding and partner support. Expect a mix of in-office and field days, proactive outreach, and monthly signing targets that grow impact. The right candidate is an engaging communicator with a growth mindset, tenacity, teamwork, and a results-driven approach, plus resilience and emotional intelligence. NZ working rights required and a sales background not essential, as coaching is provided. Let’s talk about the role…

Embark on a groundbreaking journey as a Sales Specialist for Too Good To Go’s expansion across New Zealand. You'll play a pivotal role in our expansion, forging partnerships with cafes, patisseries, groceries, and bakeries to showcase the benefits of joining our platform, positively contributing to our mission every single day. 

  • Drive outreach: Ignite enthusiasm for Too Good To Go through organised, proactive outreach (face to face meeting, cold calls, emails)
  • Onboarding success: Ensure stores have a great onboarding and post sales experience continuing their food saving journey long into the future 
  • Achieve targets: Consistently hit monthly store signing targets to expand our impact across the country
  • Coaching and development: Receive structured learning on sales methodologies and career development

As part of the team in New Zealand, the journey promises to be exciting as you will be a huge part of expansion across a market. You will be changing the conversation around food waste in New Zealand and establishing the Too Good To Go brand in the minds of customers and food businesses.

This role has a mix of in-office and field days to balance togetherness, work flexibility and great customer engagement.
