EROAD seeks a Sales Enablement Specialist to join its global Sales Centre of Excellence from Auckland, driving onboarding, curriculum design, content and coaching to accelerate ramp time, lift win rates and boost tool adoption across NZ, Australia and North America. The role requires 3–5+ years in SaaS B2B enablement or full cycle sales, solid SMB and Enterprise motion experience, and fluency with CRM and enablement tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Chorus, Highspot and Clari. Travel is less than 20 percent. To apply, tailor your resume with measurable outcomes like ramp reductions and forecast improvements, share concrete bootcamps and playbooks, and demonstrate collaboration with regional leaders and a data driven mindset, aligning with EROAD’s mission and culture.

A career with EROAD offers the unique opportunity to work in a fastgrowing organisation that is at the forefront of invehicle technology, enhancing road safety, productivity, and reducing environmental impact. EROAD’s mission is to deliver intelligence you can trust, for a better world tomorrow.

What we’re looking for: Are you passionate about enabling sales teams to perform at their best? We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our global Sales Centre of Excellence. This is a critical role focused on lifting the effectiveness and efficiency of our B2B sales teams across New Zealand, Australia, and North America.

This role is suited to someone with strong experience in B2B SaaS sales enablement, sales operations, or fullcycle sales, who enjoys partnering with leaders, diagnosing performance gaps, and delivering practical, measurable improvements.

About the role: As EROAD continues to grow globally, this role plays a key part in helping our sales teams succeed. Unlike a traditional training role, the Sales Enablement Specialist focuses on performance improvement — reducing ramp time, improving win rates, and driving consistent adoption of sales tools and methodologies.

Based in our Auckland headquarters, the role has a global remit and works closely with regional leaders and frontline managers to support sellers across Enterprise, MidMarket, and SMB segments.

Join us in an exciting role where you can directly influence sales performance and help our teams sell smarter, faster, and more consistently.

As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Onboarding & ramp acceleration

  • Owning endtoend onboarding for new sales hires globally
  • Designing practical bootcamps focused on realworld application
  • Reducing timetofirstdeal and timetofull productivity

Curriculum design & delivery

  • Developing and delivering training aligned to EROAD’s Sales Competency Framework
  • Supporting prospecting, opportunity management, forecasting, and account management capability
  • Creating distinct learning paths for highvelocity SMB and strategic Enterprise sales motions

Sales content & playbooks

  • Building and maintaining battle cards, case studies, email templates, and sales plays
  • Translating product and technical updates into salesready value propositions

Sales technology adoption

  • Driving effective use of CRM and sales engagement platforms
  • Analysing call and pipeline data to identify skill gaps and inform coaching programs

Field partnership & coaching

  • Partnering with regional leaders through QBRs, business reviews, and forecast calls
  • Enabling frontline managers to reinforce skills through effective coaching

Occasional flexibility is required to support global time zones, with some travel to Australia and North America (less than 20%).

Skills and experience. You’ll bring:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in SaaS B2B Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or a fullcycle sales role (closing experience preferred)
  • Strong understanding of both SMB and Enterprise sales motions
  • Experience with sales methodologies such as Value Selling, Sandler, or MEDDPICC
  • Confidence using modern sales technology stacks (e.g. Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Chorus, Highspot, Clari)
  • A datadriven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholdermanagement skills
  • A practical, empathetic approach to supporting sales teams under pressure
  • Experience in the fleet or transportation industry is an advantage, but not essential.
