Johnson Controls seeks a Sales Engineer for Security Systems in Abu Dhabi to drive UAE sales of CCTV, Access Control and CCMS solutions for new construction and existing clients, reporting to the Sales Manager Security Systems GCC. You will qualify and close opportunities, craft value propositions, support tendering with the pre-sales team, and differentiate the company through technical solution design. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years UAE security systems sales experience, a technical degree, a proven sales record, presentation skills, English fluency, and a UAE driving license. What you will do
The Sales Engineer, Security systems will be reporting directly to the Sales Manager, Security Systems - GCC. As part of a growing team, you will be responsible for delivering a sales target in UAE across the Security systems portfolio.
You will concentrate on selling new construction jobs and growing our market share with existing and new clients in focused verticals. As a member of this team, you will work within a vibrant environment that provides a platform for you to use your experience to generate profitable business. Your focus will be on Technology driven solutions, CCTV, Access Control System, Command Control Center Solution, Analytics and other ELV solution.
How you will do it
Qualify and close new sales opportunities by creating competitive value proposition, high quality proposals taking part in tendering and bidding process which will be managed by pre-sales team.
Demonstrate your expertise by differentiating Johnson Controls, leveraging your market understanding of our competitors’ strategies, products, solutions and services.
Focused to seek and develop long term customer relationships, and self-motivated to drive your territory growth.
Determined and consistent in your approach to work, managing multiple priorities simultaneously because of your excellent planning, and time management skills.
Drive your business ensuring 360 degrees stakeholder mapping from Contractor, Consultant and End User levels that will result in ensuring higher winning rates and driving your plan.
What we look for
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Electronics or Instrumentation.
Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in Security Systems Sales in UAE market.
Experience in designing technical solutions, select equipment and advise customers on solutions.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Determined, results driven, strong sales drive.
Deliver technical solution presentation.
Fluent language skills in English.
UAE driving license is must.
