The role focuses on lead generation, relationship building with clients and contractors, preparing quotations, negotiating and closing deals, and delivering product demonstrations with technical support while monitoring market trends. The ideal candidate has 3 years of construction equipment sales experience, solid knowledge of the listed tools, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently and meet targets; a business or engineering degree is a plus. We are looking for Sales Executive to join our team, specialising in selling construction solutions such as
Site Utilities - tower lights,
Heavy equipment such as cranes and trucks and concrete mixers .
Compaction – Vibratory compactors, Vibratory Rollers, Rammers
Concreting – Trowels, Concrete Screeds & Vibrators
Cutting, and Grinding products
Air Powered Rammers, Vibrators, Compactors & Trowels
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and actively seek new business opportunities in the construction sector.
Promote and sell a variety of construction equipment, including tower lights, compactors, concreting solutions, and cutting and grinding products.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
Prepare sales quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Provide product demonstrations and technical support to customers as needed.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
3 years prove Sales experience in sales, particularly in the construction equipment industry.
Strong knowledge of construction tools and solutions, including tower lights, compactors, concreting tools, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
A degree in business, engineering, or a related field would be an advantage.
