Arvida Group Limited is hiring a Sales Manager for Lincoln Plains in Lincoln, NZ, a full-time onsite role starting April 2026 with weekend work. You’ll own the end-to-end sales process from first inquiry to move-in, manage inquiries and families, and deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting the Village Manager. As part of the leadership team you’ll champion our Attitude of Living Well and help grow residents’ wellbeing. We want a proven, results-driven salesperson who communicates well, enjoys engaging with older New Zealanders, and can unite diverse people toward shared goals. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking, progressive, and innovative organisation.

As Sales Manager, you will have full responsibility for the end-to-end sales process at our Lincoln Plains community. This will include managing prospective enquiries, liaising with potential residents and their families, and providing an overall exceptional customer experience from first contact through to moving into the village. 

As part of our leadership team, you will also be involved in other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the community, particularly assisting the Village Manager. You will also be a strong advocate of Arvida's Attitude of Living Well to enhance and grow residents’ health and wellbeing, and experience within our community.

Permanent position, applicant is required to work on the weekends
