You’ll support questions about Leaselink, NCO and related systems, coordinate with RDW and registration partners for license plates, and maintain accurate records through invoicing. Ensure all details (contract terms, vehicle specs, billing and delivery information) are complete and correct. Enter orders manually into Scepter, XPENG’s internal system that a.o. triggers logistics and delivery workflows. Allocate available stock vehicles to incoming orders in coordination with planning and logistics. Monitor each order’s progress from entry to delivery, proactively resolving issues or delays. Support stores and leasing partners with questions regarding order processing, Leaselink, NCO or related systems. Coordinate with RDW and registration partners (e.g. Elgersma) for license-plate registration and handover documentation. Maintain clear, accurate documentation for all fleet orders until invoicing and final delivery are complete.Qualifications--Apply
