Your Mission

  • Manage and complete customer quotations accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Respond to customer phone and email enquiries in a professional, timely, and service focused manner.
  • Process customer orders with a high level of accuracy, ensuring correct pricing, documentation, and system entry.
  • Support procurement activities by assisting with the creation of purchase orders required to fulfil customer demand.
  • Assist with order allocation, coordination, and fulfilment in line with internal processes and customer expectations.
  • Generate customer invoices promptly once orders have been fulfilled and ensure accurate billing.
  • Provide administrative support across supply chain and customer service functions as required.

 

Your Talents

  • Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, or office administration role, ideally within a fast-paced or regulated environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • High level of literacy and numeracy, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience using ERP systems, with SAP experience highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in CRM, quoting, and order management systems.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and detail oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • Active listening skills and the ability to multitask.
