You will lead configuration of ECP schemas, PCRs, wage types and pay components, manage master data mapping and EC-ECP integration, analyse and resolve payroll discrepancies, and ensure Australian legislative compliance plus year-end processing. Your profile should show 5+ years hands-on ECP or SAP ERP Payroll configuration, deep knowledge of schemas, PCRs, wage types, taxation and superannuation, strong EC pay components and job/comp info understanding, and excellent troubleshooting with clear payroll stakeholder communication.
