Capgemini is seeking an SAP ECP Consultant in Melbourne onsite full-time to provide expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, supporting payroll accuracy, compliance and ongoing enhancements. You will lead configuration of ECP schemas, PCRs, wage types and pay components, manage master data mapping and EC-ECP integration, analyse and resolve payroll discrepancies, and ensure Australian legislative compliance plus year-end processing. Your role

This role provides advanced expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to support payroll accuracy, compliance, and ongoing enhancements. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead configuration of ECP schemas, PCRs, wage types, pay components.
• Manage master data mapping, replication, and EC–ECP integration.
• Analyse and resolve payroll discrepancies and replication errors.
• Ensure payroll configuration meets Australian legislative requirements.
• Support year‑end and EOFY processing. 

Your profile

• 5+ years’ hands‑on ECP or SAP ERP Payroll configuration experience.
• Expertise in schemas, PCRs, wage types, taxation, superannuation.
• Strong EC knowledge including Pay Components and Job/Comp Info.
• Excellent troubleshooting ability.
• Strong communication skills for payroll‑related stakeholder engagement.
