Job Description

Your Opportunity

As an SAP Manufacturing & Quality Management Consultant, you will support the design, configuration, and delivery of SAP solutions for clients undergoing manufacturing or supply chain transformation.

This role offers a unique learning environment with direct mentoring, structured development pathways, and the opportunity to build strong foundations in SAP Manufacturing and Quality Management processes. You will contribute to real project outcomes while gaining exposure to SAP configuration, testing, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

In your first 0–6 months, you will:

  • Receive in‑person training, knowledge transfer and structured onboarding.
  • Perform SAP configuration tasks under guidance from senior team members.
  • Support transport management and maintain accurate configuration documentation.
  • Assist with testing cycles by analysing defects and supporting users.
  • Prepare recorded demonstrations and training content.
  • Escalate critical issues appropriately while maintaining project continuity.

From 6 months to 2 years, you will:

  • Progress towards SAP Manufacturing certification.
  • Take ownership of specific solution components with increasing independence.
  • Contribute to end‑to‑end SAP delivery activities including configuration, testing, documentation, and deployment support.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain accurate project and configuration documentation.
  • Support system configuration activities with guidance from senior consultants.
  • Assist in testing cycles by triaging issues, validating defects, and supporting end users.
  • Prepare training materials and recorded demonstrations.
  • Analyse business processes and manufacturing data for improvement opportunities.
  • Write clear pseudo‑code to describe logical behaviours for enhancements or integrations.
  • Collaborate with team members, architects, and client stakeholders to support solution delivery.
  • Contribute to a positive, learning‑focused team culture committed to quality and continuous improvement.

Experience

We welcome applicants from diverse academic and professional backgrounds. Experience that would help you succeed includes:

  • Familiarity with SAP (as a user, intern, through coursework, or project exposure).
  • Understanding of basic manufacturing processes such as production planning, quality management, or materials management.
  • Ability to think logically and write clear pseudo‑code to explain system behaviour.
  • Experience using common business tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and generative AI tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively and take initiative in a learning‑focused environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Additional exposure or coursework in ERP systems, data analysis, or manufacturing processes is beneficial.
