Bertelsmann is looking for a SAP Super User in Memphis to support distribution systems, drive continuous process improvements, train staff, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate testing with the SAP team, while upholding 5S and safety standards. Your Tasks
- Provide support for all distribution systems and operations and assist in the implementation of distribution projects and initiatives to drive continuous process improvement.
- Provide support to the distribution center on systems-related issues.
- Train team members on system functionalities.
- Trouble-shoot system-related issues.
- Develop and update training materials for new functionality and updates to the system.
- Assist in system unit testing, integration testing and regression testing.
- Using data analysis tools and work with the SAP team
- Continuous involvement and support with departmental process improvements
- Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
- Follow and maintain 5S Program and guidelines
- Any additional tasks that may be assigned to ensure an efficient, safe, clean, and goal-oriented work environment

Your Profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Advanced SAP experience
- Distribution Center or Manufacturing experience
- Strong technology skills
- Flexibility is a must: Must be able to work overtime, holidays, weekends, different shifts, and different areas of the warehouse
- The ability to follow instructions, processes, and procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environment preferred
- Knowledge of SAP pertaining to warehouse activities preferred
- Able to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Requires ability to stand/reach/stoop/bend
- Manufacturing Environment
- Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of your shift
- Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment
- Travel: Occasional but not required
