The Science Project Administrator at The a2 Milk Company is a permanent onsite role based in Auckland within Supply Chain & Operations, coordinating science projects from scope to delivery, managing budgets, and aligning cross-functional resources across supply chain, Legal and Finance while liaising with external vendors. You will create and maintain project documentation, track deliverables and risks, organise team travel and expenses, manage shipping logistics for clinical and preclinical samples, and ensure contracts, insurance and financial obligations are handled with Legal and Finance. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in project and financial management in a science setting, strong communication, proficiency with MS Office and project tools, and a proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable mindset. Based in our Auckland office, the Science Project Administrator will play a critical role in supporting and coordinating science activities to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget. You will work closely with the Senior Research Manager and cross-functional teams to streamline project administration and maintain project excellence.
