This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Dubai, AE, ideal for someone who enjoys clearing blockers and keeping work aligned with business needs.

Day-to-day rhythms in a multi-POD setup
In practice, you’ll run the core agile ceremonies, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, keeping the teams focused on the goals they’ve committed to.
You’ll lead cross-POD synchronization sessions to surface and resolve dependencies, ensuring the backlog is ready and the sprint cadence remains steady across digital engineering groups.
You’ll track progress, risks, actions, and impediments, driving timely resolution and escalation when necessary, so leadership has a clear view of where things stand.
You’ll enforce DoR and DoD standards and coordinate with product, engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, and delivery partners to ensure releases are ready and aligned with delivery plans. You’ll also coach PODs on agile values, practical delivery discipline, accountability, and self-organization, while promoting continuous feedback and quality practices across the teams.

Advice for candidates
Lead with your track record: your resume should foreground at least eight years in IT or product development, and specifically four years in Scrum Master or agile leadership roles within digital engineering. Highlight concrete outcomes you achieved in those roles and the environments you worked in.
Demonstrate your must-have capabilities: provide examples of leading ceremonies and managing dependencies across multiple PODs, plus hands-on use of Jira, Azure DevOps, and Project Online. Show how you enforced DoR and DoD, tracked risks, and delivered on sprint goals while coordinating with product, architecture, QA, and DevOps.
Prepare for the interview with specifics: be ready to describe how you coached teams on agile values, delivery discipline, and self-organization, and how you promoted CI/CD, DevSecOps, and automated testing to lift quality. Have a story ready about a time you aligned business priorities with engineering outcomes across a complex program.
Ask a smart question that draws on the role’s scope: inquire how the organization coordinates across multiple PODs to maintain release readiness, and what governance or reporting cadence they rely on to stay aligned with business priorities.
