About the Role

• The cart technician will maintain the cart fleet, including installing cart accessories and servicing the members' carts. 
• The Cart Technician will provide members with information about the functions and recommended maintenance and care for their carts and maintain clear and concise records related to equipment repair and servicing.
• In addition, the cart technician will keep maintenance equipment fueled, oiled, and inspected related to pre-use checklists.

Experience

• One year of related on the job experience and/or related education, certificates and licenses. 
• Working knowledge and understanding of the operation of gasoline, diesel, electric powered equipment and the proper methods of performing preventative maintenance and repair on equipment. 
• Experience within the golf course industry is an asset. 
• Demonstrated skill in the use of a variety of equipment repair tools and various types of mechanical repairs. 
• Ability to work independently and in a dynamic team environment. 
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with other employees, members, residents and guests. 
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the job functions in all weather conditions.
• Demonstrated accountability and a positive attitude.
