Tips to stand out for this seasonal role

Lead with your customer service record. If you’ve worked in retail or hospitality, start your resume with a line that shows how you helped customers and kept things moving during busy periods.

Give a concrete example of how you communicate with customers and teammates, especially under pressure, so the recruiter can see your ability to keep everyone informed on a busy shift.

Be ready to talk about your interest in learning new products, particularly teas and brewing basics, and how you’d approach picking up product knowledge quickly during the season.

Ask about the training plan for becoming a tea and brewing expert and how performance is recognised through the Moment Makers program, to understand how you can grow during the fixed-term period.
