Seasonal Gardener Maintenance at RiverBend Golf Community in London is an on-site, Monday to Friday role from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm that focuses on daily upkeep of residential homes and common gardens, pruning trees and shrubs, weeding, cultivating, edging and mulching, and supporting landscape projects such as planting annuals and redesigning gardens, with some small equipment use and exposure to varied weather. The ideal candidate brings a positive, team oriented attitude, basic garden knowledge or eagerness to learn, physical stamina and reliability; a driver’s license and transportation are assets. About the Role

• Work alongside your peers in a fun, low-stress environment
• A convenient work schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Perform daily upkeep and maintenance of residential homes and common gardens
• Maintenance duties: pruning trees & shrubs, weeding, cultivating, edging & mulching
• Assist in landscape projects throughout the season, including tree & shrub planting, planting & maintaining annuals, and redesigning gardens
• Operate small equipment: battery-operated blower and trimmer, gas-powered garden bed edger
• Work in most weather conditions

Experience

• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn about all aspects of garden maintenance
• Basic knowledge and operation of garden maintenance, tools, equipment and techniques is an asset, but training will be provided
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Ability to perform physical tasks that may have repetitive movements
• Ability to follow all outlined health and safety requirements
• Reliable transportation and a driver's license are assets
