About the Role

• The Starter will manage tee times, including on-course marshalling, answering phones, matching and introducing players, informing players of the day-to-day rules and upcoming events, enforcing dress code, and assisting back shop and front shop staff. The position requires the incumbent to display an outstanding customer service attitude at all times to ensure a positive experience for the members and guests.

Experience

• Strong customer service skills and a mature, calm demeanour would be considered an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. 
• Strong time management skills. 
• Current certification in First Aid and CPR would be considered an asset.
