Advice for applicants
Put the most relevant safety experience right at the top of your resume, with at least two years in a Safety Officer or HSE role and any luxury hospitality exposure front and center.

Prepare short stories about training sessions you’ve led and how you coached colleagues to raise safety awareness and compliance, showing you can work with staff at all levels and across shifts.
When you’re asked for questions, focus on safety priorities for the property or pool safety programs, and ask how safety improvements are measured and tracked over time.
