The role is full-time and onsite in Ras Al Khaimah City, AE, and it suits someone who enjoys leading a team, managing key leisure accounts, and shaping strategies that translate into real revenue. This is a chance to contribute to a luxury property that blends global hospitality with local culture.
The hotel operates within the Rixos spirit, known for an ALL Inclusive, ALL Exclusive approach that pairs culinary variety, live entertainment, daily fitness activities, and spa journeys with families and guests seeking refined luxury. Each property draws on local culture and Turkish heritage, all set in a premium environment where guests expect standout service and memorable experiences.
If you’re energized by building strong partnerships, developing profitable business, and guiding a sales team to hit ambitious targets, you’ll likely feel at home in this role.
Day-to-day rhythm in sales leadership
You’ll back the Director of Sales in setting and enforcing departmental standards while steering the hotel’s sales efforts across all market segments. You’ll supervise the day-to-day activities of the sales team, ensuring that activities align with regional guidelines and quality expectations. You’ll manage and grow top Leisure accounts and actively seek new business opportunities, turning opportunities into durable partnerships. Your efforts will include developing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating sales strategies designed to hit and exceed forecasted Rooms and Food & Beverage revenue. Regular sales calls, account reviews, market analysis, and competitor assessments will help you uncover new opportunities, while site inspections and direct client interactions will be part of staying close to opportunities in the absence of the Director of Sales. You’ll also train, coach, and develop the sales team to improve performance and support career growth, maintaining strong relationships with clients, hotel departments, regional sales teams, and business partners.
