You will lead end‑to‑end audits, back the Head of Internal Audit, and keep a small team at a high standard while delivering practical advisory insights under International Internal Auditing Standards. You’ll assess emerging risks, collaborate with external auditors and risk partners, and contribute to the Internal Audit Quality Assurance Program with clear Board reporting. As Senior Audit Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Head of Internal Audit and ensuring Heartland’s small internal audit team operates at a high standard. You’ll independently lead complex audits , provide assurance over strategic initiatives, and deliver valuable advisory services to help the business achieve its objectives.
Working in line with International Internal Auditing Standards, you’ll assess emerging risks, collaborate with external auditors and risk partners, and contribute to strengthening our Internal Audit Quality Assurance Program.
