EML is hiring a Senior Automation Developer for a full-time onsite Sydney role with the option to work from home up to three days per week after training. You’ll design, build and maintain scalable automation workflows, integrate with databases, APIs and AI models, and partner with business analysts to translate processes into automation while leading monitoring and QA. Requirements: UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer with 5+ years delivering automation, strong UiPath plus C# or Python, API AI ML, SQL, and Agile experience (Jira and Confluence). As a Senior Automation Engineer, you’ll play a key role in driving EML’s growth and operational efficiency through technology innovation. You’ll design, build, and optimise automation solutions that simplify complex processes, enhance productivity, and support business transformation.
Working as part of a high-performing, customer-focused team, you’ll strategically advance EML’s automation capability and continuously improve how technology supports the way we work.
This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
