As a Senior Personal Banker, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers with their lending needs, guiding them through one of the most important financial decisions they’ll ever make. - Be a trusted advisor for our customers
- Offer a full range of services including home loans, insurance and everyday banking
- Share your knowledge of the local market to guide confident decisions

- Work closely with customers to understand their financial goals
- Provide clear, considered advice on lending options, insurance, and investments
- Be the go-to person in branch for complex queries and home loan advice
- Support and coach junior team members to develop their confidence
- Identify and connect with new customers through local networking and referrals
