As a Senior Personal Banker, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers with their lending needs, guiding them through one of the most important financial decisions they’ll ever make. This is more than a banking job, it’s about building trust, offering expert support, and making a real difference in people’s lives. 

  • Be a trusted advisor for our customers 
  • Offer a full range of services including home loans, insurance and everyday banking 
  • Share your knowledge of the local market to guide confident decisions 
  • Support your team by mentoring others and solving complex customer needs 
  • Build strong, lasting relationships within your community 

  

Role Location: Manukau and Hunters Hub, Auckland 

Role Type: Permanent

Role Hours: 37.5 hrs per week

  • Work closely with customers to understand their financial goals 
  • Provide clear, considered advice on lending options, insurance, and investments 
  • Be the go-to person in branch for complex queries and home loan advice 
  • Support and coach junior team members to develop their confidence 
  • Identify and connect with new customers through local networking and referrals
