KiwiRail is seeking a Senior Business Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract onsite in Auckland or Wellington, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with development opportunities. In the Design and Analysis Practice you will turn ambiguity into clarity, lead service analyses, and partner with leaders to shape practical solutions while supporting executive decisions with clear analysis and visuals. Bring five or more years in business analysis or service design, strong problem definition and requirements analysis, Lean experience, and the ability to engage senior leaders and translate complexity into accessible artefacts. A calm, adaptable approach to change and a commitment to safety and inclusivity are essential.
