The Role
The Senior Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in leading business analysis activities across a large and complex Business Readiness Program. Sitting between technology and the business, the role focuses on shaping a new corporate services operating model and preparing the organisation for a major ERP transformation. It requires deep expertise in analysing business needs, optimising processes, and translating insights into actionable requirements and improvement initiatives.
Working within a dynamic, matrixed environment, the role partners closely with diverse stakeholders, subject matter experts and leaders to drive early organisational benefits and support successful program outcomes. With a strong emphasis on continuous improvement, data‑driven decision making, and stakeholder influence, this position contributes directly to enhancing performance, transparency and customer‑centred service delivery across Council.
