You bring strong experience in emergency management capability development, with a particular interest in strengthening recovery capability across organisations and partner agencies.
You’re able to translate recovery principles, frameworks and lessons learned into practical, accessible learning programmes that build readiness across staff, volunteers, ACES personnel, partners and community groups.
You’re comfortable working in complex, multiagency environments where effective recovery relies on collaboration, consistent training standards and strong support for others during high pressure events.
