Job Description

Oversee and coordinate Civil construction, and maintenance activities in a construction or industrial site setting. Responsible for managing a team of Civil foremen, technicians, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, according to specifications, and in compliance with safety regulations, ultimately contributing to the successful completion of projects and the smooth operation of Civil systems.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise civil engineering projects from concept through completion.

  • Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and calculations.

  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with local authority standards, codes, and safety regulations.

  • Conduct site inspections, progress monitoring, and quality assurance checks.

  • Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation.

  • Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants, and government authorities.

  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and propose practical engineering solutions.

  • Mentor and guide junior engineers and site teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is an advantage.

  • Minimum 6–12 years of experience in civil engineering, including site supervision and project management.
