To succeed you’ll need 5+ years in consultative engagements, 7+ years with Esri tech across desktop, server and online, and a proven ability to turn complex problems into practical outcomes while building executive relationships. About the Role
You are a trusted geospatial advisor who provides best practice guidance to help customers maximise the value of their GIS investment and achieve meaningful business outcomes. As a central part of the Enterprise Advantage Program (EAP), you develop a deep understanding of each customer’s strategic, operational, and technical objectives, and align their spatial capabilities to those goals.
Your role is to influence, coach, and partner with customers as they mature their geospatial vision—bridging the gap between business needs and technical delivery. Through ongoing engagement and proactive leadership, you build a long term, trusted partnership that drives measurable impact and enables customers to confidently realise the full potential of geospatial intelligence.
