Haworth in Holland, MI is seeking a Senior Continuous Improvement Champion to lead data driven process and system improvements, mentor teammates, and pilot cross functional projects from planning to execution while maintaining compliance through audits. You’ll develop strategies aligned with business objectives and help embed a continuous improvement mindset across the organization. Required: bachelor’s in Engineering or Business or equivalent with 5 years CI experience (or 3 years with a master’s), ability to work onsite in Holland without relocation, and U.S. work authorization. Preferred: Value Stream Mapping, Toyota Production System, Lean certification, planning or logistics experience.
