Transport for NSW invites a Senior Contract Management Facilitator to provide senior coordination and oversight of contract documentation, performance monitoring and compliance to support passenger transport services. This full time onsite role in Sydney oversees contractor performance, supports contract lifecycle activities, and delivers operational and business support across safety, financial management, procurement, reporting and planning, enabling decisive executive and ministerial decisions. In this role, you'll:

Be working as part of a team delivering senior level coordination, oversight and assurance of contract documentation, performance monitoring and compliance activities to support the delivery of passenger focused public transport services.

This role will see you oversee contractor performance, support contract lifecycle activities, and provide high level operational and business support across safety, financial management, procurement, reporting and business planning.

You’ll lead and navigate complex contract and stakeholder matters in a fast paced, multi stakeholder environment, supporting confident executive and ministerial decision making.

About you

Your contract management expertise, sound judgement and attention to detail formed across public transport, government or other regulated environments will see you manage competing priorities and deliver compliant, high quality contract outcomes.

You’re recognised as a trusted senior adviser, and you can assure contract documentation and performance, coordinate complex reporting, and provide clear advice on governance, financial and procurement matters.

You’ve got experience in contract lifecycle management and cross functional coordination, and you can work autonomously while building strong relationships with senior stakeholders in complex and sometimes sensitive settings.
