Air New Zealand is looking for a Senior Cyber and Identity Engineer to own and evolve identity services within a Microsoft estate (AD and AAD), delivering identity lifecycle solutions for a digital airline. You’ll lead engineering of identity services, drive integrations with ServiceNow, Workday and SailPoint, and provide technical leadership across code management, CI/CD pipelines, containerisation and multi environment deployments. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in large IAM environments, RBAC and PAM, hands-on AD/AAD, and development skills in Java or Python, plus cloud IaaS/EKS/RDS. This role sits within the Cyber Security Identity Chapter, and you’ll act as a subject matter expert, working closely with engineers, architects, product teams, and vendors to evolve our identity ecosystem and deliver next-generation identity lifecycle management.
