Konrad Group is hiring a Senior Data Engineer in Toronto for a full-time onsite role, charged with designing, building, and maintaining scalable data platforms and pipelines using Azure Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake to deliver reliable, secure data solutions in close collaboration with data analysts, scientists and other engineers. You’ll focus on ETL/ELT, data modeling, pipeline optimization, data security, and compliance while clearly communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Requirements include 4+ years of data engineering, strong SQL and Python skills, hands-on experience with cloud data services and big data tech (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka). Nice-to-haves include Azure Databricks Snowflake certifications and DevOps/CI CD. The estimated compensation for this position is $120,000 to $145,000. This is an estimate and a compensation offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities and alignment with market data.
