AFCA is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead, Data & AI to own end-to-end delivery of data, analytics and AI initiatives, turning strategy into clear roadmaps, milestones and measurable outcomes in a hands-on leadership role, based in Sydney on a full-time onsite basis. You’ll establish and lead scaled agile delivery structures (SAFe), drive AI use cases, enable governance uplift and act as a key integrator across Data & Analytics, Technology, business teams and vendors while managing risks, dependencies and delivery challenges. The ideal candidate has significant enterprise delivery and transformation experience, a track record translating strategy into practical plans, plus Agile/SAFe mastery, experience in financial services or regulated environments, and strong stakeholder management. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll work across business, technology and data teams to ensure delivery is well‑scoped, governed and aligned with AFCA’s strategic and regulatory priorities.
