As a Senior Director, Business Development here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of Honeywell. You will be responsible for developing and executing the business development strategy, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

  • Develop and deliver grassroot opportunities across Refining, Petchem, Low Carbon Energy and LNG industries across APAC. Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and emerging trends within these sectors to expand Honeywell’s footprint.
  • Own key EPC contractor relationships by acting as the primary liaison to build and maintain strategic partnerships that align with Honeywell’s business objectives. Collaborate closely with EPC contractors to understand their project pipelines, technical requirements, and challenges, enabling proactive identification of opportunities for Honeywell’s products and services integration.
  • Stand-up and implement an integrated Sales Management Operating System (MOS) across the Process Technology portfolio to standardize sales processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and enhance performance tracking.
  • Work closely with regional sales teams to identify and drive collaboration on cross-selling opportunities, leveraging Honeywell’s broad portfolio to maximize customer value and revenue growth. Facilitate communication and coordination between business development and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-selling initiatives and customer engagement strategies.
  • Minimum of 15 years of expertise in business development, business management or related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving targets.
  • Strong network of industry contacts and ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and matrix environment.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills.
