Job Description

  • Lead electrical engineering design, analysis, and review for projects.

  • Prepare and approve technical specifications, drawings, and calculations.

  • Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.

  • Ensure compliance with international and local electrical codes, standards, and safety regulations.

  • Manage budgets, schedules, and project resources effectively.

  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and quality audits to ensure adherence to requirements.

  • Provide technical support to procurement, construction, and operations teams.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex engineering issues.

  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).

  2. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is an advantage.

  3. Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering and project management.

  4. Experience in power distribution, control systems, lighting, ELV systems, or industrial/EPC projects.

  5. Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, ETAP, Dialux, Revit MEP, etc.).

  6. Strong knowledge of international and local electrical standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE, NFPA, etc.).
