Isar Aerospace invites a Senior Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) to lead electrical activities for medium sized projects across testing and launch sites, including Andoya for the Spectrum launcher. You will plan with WSCAD, build and maintain test benches and control cabinets, wire sensors and actuators, install systems, and troubleshoot while coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers. Requirements include an apprenticeship as electrician with a Staatl. gepr. Techniker or Meister, five years plus in industrial electrical systems (24V, 230/400V), strong knowledge of electrical components, ECAD experience (WSCAD preferred), and fluency in English; German, ATEX or Beckhoff PLC experience are welcome. Mission Brief
You will help us build and maintain all kinds of different test-benches and test-sites but also our launchpad in Andoya for our launcher "Spectrum". Besides planning the systems with our ECAD program “WSCAD”, your tasks include carrying out the build-up, maintenance, troubleshooting, implementing upgrades and more. Some hands-on work will be part of your daily business as well. You will have close exchange with our engineering departments across all our different testing and launch sites! You use your expertise to guide and manage the electrical aspects of medium-sized projects, including overseeing small electrical teams and coordinating with external companies.
