Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel


Job Location: Zurich, Switzerland


Main Responsibilities:

  • Driving review on commercial contracts (e.g., purchase and sales contracts)

  • Interpreting Swiss laws relevant to daily business operations in related to ICT industry, consumer business and so on, 

  • Providing advice on compliance matters (e.g., labor law, competition law, trade secret, etc.)

  • Handling some simple cases before the court or official investigations

  • Providing support on matters related to the DPO and GDPR

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience mandatory as in-house legal counsel for some companies or law firm lawyer in some law firms

  • Fluent in English and German mandatory

  • You are professional, dynamic and highly motivated in working in ICT sector

  • Experience in handling the transaction or issues in related to commercial laws, tech laws, regulatory and compliance matters as well as further areas of the laws;
