Insignia Financial is seeking a hands-on Senior Manager, AI Adoption to build and scale AI capability across the enterprise, onsite in Sydney full time. You’ll own outcomes end to end, shape the AI learning ecosystem, and translate tools into practical, role-based programs that drive better decisions and customer outcomes, with year one focused on establishing frameworks and rolling out structured programs. You’ll partner with Microsoft and learning vendors, define what good looks like for AI capability, and drive adoption and behaviour change. To apply, show real-world AI usage, proven capability‑program design, comfort working across levels and with senior stakeholders, and evidence of end-to-end delivery; tailor your CV to impact, highlight collaboration, and confirm Australian work eligibility and checks; agency applications aren’t considered.
Senior Manager, AI Adoption
At Insignia Financial, we’re developing real scalable AI adoption across the enterprise. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just understand AI, you’ve applied it, built with it, and know how to make it stick in a business environment.
This is a build-and-deliver role where you’ll own outcomes end-to-end, shaping how AI capability is developed, embedded and scaled across the organisation.
The opportunity to join our team
This is a hands-on build role where you’ll design and scale how AI is learned, applied and adopted across the organisation.
You’ll own the creation of structured, role-based learning programs that move employees from awareness to real-world application, driving better decisions, productivity and customer outcomes.
Year one is a high-impact build phase, where you’ll establish frameworks, design structured programs and roll them out across the organisation. You’ll have the scope to shape how this evolves, rather than inherit something finished. You’ll work across the business with strong visibility, partnering with senior stakeholders to define what “good” looks like for AI capability, and then delivering it.
