Transport for NSW is recruiting a Senior Manager Data Management to lead enterprise data management, data quality, metadata and lifecycle governance across a federated model, ensuring trusted well governed data and alignment with enterprise frameworks while overseeing platforms and stakeholder engagement to drive continuous improvement and informed investment decisions. In this role, you'll:

You will be involved in leading enterprise data management, overseeing data quality, metadata and lifecycle practices to ensure trusted, well-governed data across the organisation.

 
You will support the development of a federated data management model, embedding accountability across data domains while ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks and business priorities.

 
You will be responsible for driving data management capability and performance, including oversight of platforms, stakeholder engagement and using insights to guide continuous improvement and investment decisions.

About you

You have extensive experience in data management, data governance and data quality within complex organisations, with a strong understanding of metadata, lifecycle management and regulatory requirements.

 
You have strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across business and technology teams and build capability across a federated environment.

 
You are highly analytical and technically capable, with experience in data platforms, data analysis and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.
