AirTrunk seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Transformation to shape scalable finance processes across its North Sydney onsite hub, reporting to the Associate Director and partnering with Finance, Technology, Development and Operations to deliver end to end transformation projects, including system implementations, requirements gathering, testing, automation and analytics uplift across the regional platform. You will embed new ways of working, drive adoption, manage workstreams, and create documentation, training and operating procedures to support long term scalability. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA or equivalent) with finance transformation experience in high growth or startup environments, and can demonstrate end to end project delivery and strong automation capabilities. You’ll support end‑to‑end transformation initiatives, from analysing current‑state processes to building efficient, standardised, technology‑enabled future‑state solutions. Partnering closely with Finance, Technology, Development, and Operations, you’ll contribute to system implementations, requirements gathering, testing, and uplift in automation, reporting, and analytics capability.
You’ll play a key role in embedding new ways of working across regions, helping drive effective change adoption, strengthening communication, and building trusted relationships with stakeholders. You’ll also manage delivery of assigned workstreams, ensuring high‑quality outcomes and creating documentation, training, and operating procedures that support long‑term scalability.
