You will lead the TA technology roadmap, identify improvements, drive data governance and automation, and manage agency partnerships and PSLs with procurement, finance and legal. EVP and employer branding, onboarding with relocations, candidate experience, recruiter training and innovation are also in scope, all underpinned by strong project management.
