What you’ll be working on
As the Information Security Manager you will be responsible for defining, implementing, and maintaining Audinate's information security vision and strategy. You'll safeguard information assets, protect Audinate’s products, and ensure the resilience of our enterprise systems against internal and external threats.
The role involves overseeing the design of robust security architectures, guiding compliance initiatives, and driving awareness and education across all levels of the organization. 
As a leader, you'll foster strong collaboration, technical excellence and a culture of accountability and innovation within the InfoSec team. 

You will

  • Establish, maintain and execute Audinate's information security strategy
  • Run our Cybersecurity Working Group meetings  
  • Manage ongoing information security operations including monitoring & reporting, escalation, and incident response  
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure secure software design and development practices
  • Facilitate supplier and security agreement management including response to security assessments and TPSAs  
  • Lead information security innovation in designing and deploying security uplift projects that are robust, pragmatic and enhance the security posture of the organization  
  • Manage organisational security compliance - ISO27001, SOC2, EU Cyber Resilience Act, EU NIS2, GDPR, etc
  • Own the Security Incident Management process and coordinate the response to threats and incidents across the organisation  
  • Providing oversight and guidance for periodic security assessments to ensure compliance with information security policies and established security controls

What we're looking for

  • An experienced communicator, you are able to communicate at an executive level as well as with highly technical engineers  
  • Pragmatic mindset, with a balanced view to managing our risks and priorities   
  • Demonstrated success at delivering security solutions that solve business problems  
  • Understanding and experience of structured approaches to implementing secure environments such as ISO 27001, Australian Government ISM, NIST SP 800-53, CIS or similar  
  • Experience with security across diverse Cloud and SaaS environments  
  • Demonstrable commitment to learning and curiosity within the Cybersecurity field  
  • Relevant tertiary education or industry certification
