Transport for NSW invites applications for a Senior Manager Platform Integration based in Parramatta, NSW, to lead the integration of platform services across cloud and on prem environments, setting strategy and standards for secure, scalable interoperability aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements. In this role, you'll:

Lead the integration of platform services across cloud and on prem environments, setting the strategy and standards that ensure secure, scalable, and compliant interoperability aligned with enterprise architecture and regulatory requirements.

Drive delivery of complex integration initiatives across multi cloud and legacy systems, governing technologies such as IIB/ACE, MQ, and API gateways, while enforcing best practices, managing vendors, and embedding DevSecOps and automation to improve resilience and efficiency.

Provide strategic leadership and stakeholder engagement, mentoring teams, coordinating across vendors and platforms, and navigating challenges such as integration complexity, regulatory compliance, and balancing innovation with operational risk.

About you

You’ll bring solid qualifications and hands-on experience, with a background in IT or a related field and certifications like TOGAF or ITIL. You’ll use your knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, cloud services, and vendor management to tackle complex challenges, while meeting required security clearance standards.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders, engineering teams, vendors, regulators, and government agencies. You’ll build strong working relationships, keep communication clear and practical, and help everyone stay aligned to deliver the right outcomes.

You’ll operate at a high level when it comes to delivering results, building relationships, and managing your work. You’ll also support business priorities, contribute to team leadership, and manage budgets, balancing big-picture thinking with practical, day-to-day delivery.
