Project Portfolio
•    Offer support in project and program management activities. Attend review meetings and prepare reports on the current status of each project, program, or initiatives as per the prioritisations introduced.  Support in tracking the performance of projects and service providers and assist the project team in performance monitoring against established KPIs.
Interaction and Communication
•    Support in facilitating project-related interaction in order to ensure that all associated communications occur as per standards and requirements and that all information is exchanged timely and accurately to facilitate project progress and execution.
New Projects 
•    Support in assisting in the development of project charts highlighting the established operational plans and budgets for the various initiatives and projects to be undertaken by GCAA.
Administrative Support
•    Undertake administrative support to the section to ensure efficient and effective implementation of the Departmental Plans.
Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures
•    Implement policies, systems, processes, and procedures so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality in accordance with customer service standards.
